This is my first Alaska visit, my first cruise experience but NOT the first time traveling with IPYtravel company. Their services and arrangements are way far beyond what iam expected with a great deal i got. I love how the company send me reminders of what to bring and what to prepare with the weather before my trip. Every little detailed reminder counts toward their extravagant services. I enjoyed every single moment playing bingo, games, dancing and activities in a big group as i was enjoying with my family and friends. It was so warm, cared, and enjoyable. Every day in the cruise, there was reminders for all activities from the coordinator while all information are already list inside of the Princess apps that gave me the reason why i love this company because it so professional and they really care about their tourists. I would strongly recommend this tour to all my friends and family members so that they can also enjoy amazing Glaciers, natures, outstanding services of this trip as i did. GREAT 👍🏼 TOUR.

Everything was organized so professionally—from the transportation, which was comfortable, punctual, and safe, to the delicious meals, excellent hotels, and thoughtful services. The hotels were wonderful, with great amenities such as saunas, swimming pools, and hot baths. Most importantly, the staff always took great care of the guests and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the dedication to making every traveler feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. These trips were not only beautiful journeys but also wonderful memories shared with great people.

As someone who grew up with technology, I never thought I would need a travel agency. It seemed silly when I could just build my own itinerary using youtube, or tiktok, or instagram for reference. I’ve planned plenty of trips this way, but after using IPYTravel, I can say with 100% certainty that diy planning doesn't even come close. It’s one of those situations where you don't realize what you’re missing until you finally experience it. You think your way is great until you're shown how much better it can actually be.

The most obvious difference is the quality of service. It’s things like the hotel welcoming you by name in your room, or walking outside to find your driver already waiting for you. What really blew our minds, though, was the timing of things. If you've never been somewhere, it's incredibly hard to gauge how long things will take. IPYTravel somehow gave us the exact right amount of time for everything in our itinerary, regardless of traffic or crowds. At one point we kept asking each other, "how could they possibly know we'd need exactly this much time???" It felt like magic, but it’s really just a reflection of their expertise and experience. This ensured we never felt rushed, but also never felt bored. I truly felt like I was making the most of the time I had every day, which is a huge priority of mine when I get the opportunity to visit a new place! That level of detail is something you just cannot replicate on your own.

The food recommendations were also amazing! We went to Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam and everywhere we went, we got a perfect mix of popular spots and hole-in-the-wall gems so we were able to try the best of what each country was known for.

Our trip was split into two parts. The first week was just my boyfriend and me, and the second week we met up with my extended family. IPYTravel seamlessly transitioned from planning a simple trip for two to managing a massive group of 20. Coordinating dining reservations and attraction tickets for that many people is usually a total nightmare, but their attentive planning made it so easy for us. All we had to do was show up! I especially appreciated the little details, like the super nice tour bus with super comfortable seats and friendly drivers.

It can be super tempting to try and save money by piecing together budget options wherever possible, but I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was for this level of service. So if you’re debating whether to spend hours combing through travel influencer pages to plan your own trip or getting the 5-star care of IPYTravel, do yourself a favor and pay for the service that makes traveling an actual luxury!
