IPYTravel Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Qualified Referral
A referral is considered successful when the referred traveler:
- Is a new customer
- Books a tour package with a minimum value of $1,799
- Completes their travel experience
2. Referral Rewards
For each qualified referral:
- The referring customer will receive a reward after the referred traveler completes their trip
- The referred traveler will receive $100 in travel credits toward their first booking
At the time of reward issuance, the referring customer may choose between:
- A cash reward (lower value), or
- A travel credit (higher value)
The selected reward type is final and cannot be changed once issued.
3. Bonus Reward – Complimentary Tour
- Refer 12 new travelers on the same booking
- Each traveler must book a tour valued at $1,799 or more
The bonus reward will be issued only after:
- All 12 travelers remain on the same confirmed booking
- All travelers complete their trips without cancellation or refund
Eligible participants will receive one complimentary tour package valued up to $1,200
Complimentary tours apply to select packages only. Additional costs such as taxes, fees, upgrades, or add-ons may not be included.
4. Credit Validity & Limits
- Travel credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Maximum redeemable travel credits per customer: $1,200
- The earlier of the expiration date or maximum value will apply
5. Credit Redemption
Travel credits may be applied toward eligible bookings as follows:
- Up to 30% for standard bookings
- Up to 40% for bookings of $2,000 or more
- Up to 100% of available travel credits may be applied for group bookings of 6 or more travelers, where each traveler’s booking value is $2,000 or more
Customers are responsible for any remaining balance after credits are applied.
Higher-value and group bookings allow greater use of travel credits.
6. Transferability
Travel credits may be transferred for use within the same booking or travel group only.
Credits may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside of this context.
Transferred credits may not be combined across multiple accounts beyond program limits.
7. Fraud & Abuse Protection
IPYTravel reserves the right to review and verify all referrals.
Referrals that are determined to be fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise abusive may be disqualified at IPYTravel’s sole discretion.
8. General Conditions
- Travel credits have no cash value unless a cash reward is selected at issuance
- Credits may only be applied toward future bookings
- Referred travelers must be new customers and not existing or past clients
9. Program Rights
IPYTravel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any abuse or misuse of the program may result in disqualification.
