IPYTravel Service Agreement and Acknowledgment

Booking Agreement:

The customized vacation package booked by the customer undergoes thorough discussion between IPYTravel’s travel planner and the customer to ensure mutual agreement on all details before finalization. By making a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all arrangements made by IPYTravel, including itinerary planning, hotel accommodation, transportation, airline selection (if included), admission to sightseeing places, and activity coordination.

Responsibility and Liability:

IPYTravel serves as a travel platform providing comprehensive planning services. While we strive to ensure a seamless travel experience, IPYTravel is not liable for any circumstances that may occur during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or losses. Customers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate risks associated with travel.

Changes and Modifications:

IPYTravel reserves the right to make necessary changes to the package if required, with the final decision resting with the customer. While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments, and IPYTravel will work closely with the customer to make suitable arrangements.

Cancellation Policies:

Before the provision of customized itinerary:

A 50% deposit per person is required to reserve the customized vacation package. The deposit can be refunded withing 7 days. A minimum of $300 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days.

After the provision of the customized itinerary:  

After providing a customized itinerary, a minimum fee of $300 will be deducted from any deposit of $2000 or less. For deposits exceeding $2000, a fee of 15% of the deposit amount will be deducted. Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days.

Reservation & Payment:

A 50% deposit per person is required to reserve the customized vacation package. The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. IPYTravel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not received within the specified periods, with no refund.

A full payment is required for the booking under 90 days. Once the trip has been paid in full, all payments are no longer refundable. Trips are nonrefundable once the last payment has been collected. IPYTravel is not responsible for any personal circumstances that may require the cancellation of trips.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing the All-Inclusive Insurance Protection Plan. For detailed information regarding travel insurance, please contact info@ipytravel.com.

Passports & Visas:

Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and ensuring passport validity for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding. IPYTravel is not liable for any travel documentation.

Acceptance of Terms:

By making a deposit with IPYTravel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above conditions and limitations of responsibility. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the customer and IPYTravel.
