IPYTravel Service Agreement and Acknowledgment
Booking Agreement:
The customized vacation package booked by the customer undergoes thorough discussion between IPYTravel’s travel planner and the customer to ensure mutual agreement on all details before finalization. By making a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all arrangements made by IPYTravel, including itinerary planning, hotel accommodation, transportation, airline selection (if included), admission to sightseeing places, and activity coordination.
Responsibility and Liability:
IPYTravel serves as a travel platform providing comprehensive planning services. While we strive to ensure a seamless travel experience, IPYTravel is not liable for any circumstances that may occur during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or losses. Customers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate risks associated with travel.
Changes and Modifications:
IPYTravel reserves the right to make necessary changes to the package if required, with the final decision resting with the customer. While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments, and IPYTravel will work closely with the customer to make suitable arrangements.
Payment Terms:
-Bookings made more than 180 days (6 months) prior to travel require a 50% deposit
-The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days (3 months) prior to travel
-Bookings made within 120 days (4 months) require full payment at the time of booking
Planning Fees
-All services include personalized consultation and custom travel planning
-A $200 service fee applies once consultation, research, or planning has begun
-Once a detailed itinerary has been issued, the following planning fee will apply:
$500 for itineraries 14 days or less
$800 for itineraries over 14 days
-After an itinerary has been issued, the planning fee replaces the $200 service fee in the cancellation policy and is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
-Within 48 Hours of Payment
Refund of payment, minus applicable fees including but not limited to the $200 service fee or
itinerary planning fee if the itinerary has been issued.
-After 48 Hours and More Than 30 Days Before Travel
All international and domestic flight tickets are non-refundable.
Remaining services are 50% refundable, after applicable service fees, planning fees, and supplier penalties.
-Within 30 Days of Travel
All payments are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
-All refunds are processed after deduction of planning fees, service fees, and supplier penalties
-Third-party services, including flights and admission tickets, may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. IPYTravel is not responsible for non-refundable third-party service refunds.
-Prices are subject to availability and supplier changes until fully confirmed.
-By submitting a deposit or full payment, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood all terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them, including not initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes for services provided in accordance with these terms.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing the All-Inclusive Insurance Protection Plan. For detailed information regarding travel insurance, please contact info@ipytravel.com.
Passports & Visas:
Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and ensuring passport validity for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding. IPYTravel is not liable for any travel documentation.
Acceptance of Terms:
By making a deposit with IPYTravel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above conditions and limitations of responsibility. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the customer and IPYTravel.
